Jeff Reedy

President and Chief Executive Officer

Jeff Reedy has led 7signal since 2013 and has steered the company to a leadership position in Wi-Fi Performance Management systems. Previously, Jeff was co-founder and CEO of Overture Networks (acquired by Adva Optical), a leading provider of Carrier Ethernet and SDN/NFV solutions based in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina. Prior to Overture, Reedy co-founded T3 Technologies in 1988, an internet company acquired by Larscom in 1991, where Reedy served as VP of Engineering. He began his career designing packet switching systems at Bell Laboratories.

In 2011, Reedy was named a “Top 50 Entrepreneur” by Business Leader Magazine. In 2012, Reedy was named a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Award for the Carolinas. He has a BSE from Duke University and an MSEE from Stanford University.

Veli-Pekka Ketonen

Chief Technology Officer, Co-Founder

Veli-Pekka Ketonen is the founder and CTO of 7signal Solutions, Inc. Veli-Pekka has a broad background in radio networks, having built a 12 year career at Nokia Networks. As a Senior Manager, Program Manager, and Project Manager, he has led several large R&D initiatives within Nokia, including the development of Nokia UltraSite GSM/EDGE Base Station in Dallas/USA and the Nokia Microwave Radio products. With Nokia, Veli-Pekka was also responsible for Nokia GPRS/EDGE Radio Network (BSS) system performance competitiveness in the mobile networks market. Veli-Pekka has authored thirteen granted patents.

Veli-Pekka holds an M.Sc. in Technology (Radio Technology) from Helsinki University of Technology and has completed graduate courses as a postgraduate in Helsinki. Additionally Veli-Pekka has completed a series of executive training seminars at The California Institute of Technology and MIT.

Marvin Roush

Vice President of Sales

Marvin Roush is a sales management executive with a track record of proven success. His breadth of knowledge and experience with network performance, capacity planning and network security systems have contributed to a career where growth expectations and revenue goals are consistently exceeded. Marvin has held numerous sales leadership positions at Riverbed and OPNET in addition to EMC, IBM and Dell.

Marvin is a charismatic, high energy leader whose specialty is in building highly collaborative teams and delivering results for complex software sales and services. Marvin received both his BBA and MBA from Loyola University in New Orleans.

Eric Camulli

Vice President of Marketing and Product Management

Eric is responsible for building a world-class customer-centric brand focused on delivering high quality and highly productive experiences for people using Wi-Fi networks everywhere. A visionary and passionate customer advocate, Eric has been at the forefront of the customer experience management movement as a public speaker and published writer for the past ten years.

Formerly of Virtual Hold Technology in Akron, Eric has over fifteen years of experience in the communications industry. Eric combines technical know-how with an understanding of the challenges facing today’s enterprises. Eric received his BBA from the University of Cincinnati and Executive MBA from Baldwin Wallace University.

Marko Pirinen

Director of Customer Service, Co-Founder

As a Network Specialist with Nokia Networks, Marko led several end-to-end performance projects in the E2E Solutions Development Department. The mission’s goal was to verify end-to-end performance and radio access service, and propose systematic corrective actions. Many of the projects were executed in operator networks worldwide.

Formerly of Virtual Hold Technology in Akron, Eric has over fifteen years of experience in the communications industry. Eric combines technical know-how with an understanding of the challenges facing today’s enterprises. Eric received his BBA from the University of Cincinnati and Executive MBA from Baldwin Wallace University.

Marko was also a member of the team whose responsibility was to build, verify and demonstrate the world’s first full IP based mobile network demonstration system. The system was successfully demonstrated in several exhibitions and for several operators in Europe.

Don Sloan

Senior Vice President, Engineering

Don is widely known in the wireless LAN industry as an IEEE 802.11 WLAN pioneer and technology thought leader. Don has had a distinguished career that spans more than 35 years in key engineering development and leadership positions with wireless industry leaders Cisco, Motorola and Aironet. Don is an inventor and co-inventor of numerous patents in portable barcode scanning equipment, radio communications and networking systems.

Don joined 7signal from Spider Cloud Wireless, a Silicon Valley startup, where he served as Director of Engineering, leading the development of a chipset based Femtocell product featuring a software defined radio. As Director of RF Engineering with Cisco Systems from 2000-2008, Don was responsible for a team of 100 engineers in Cisco’s Wireless Networking Access Business Unit managing the design and development of radio-based wireless LAN network access point equipment and systems.

Don served as a working member of the IEEE 802.11 WLAN committee during the development of the international standard. He earned his MSEE degree in Computer Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology, and a BSEE degree from Youngstown State University.

Chris Anderle

Vice President of Finance

Chris Anderle is a seasoned financial management professional with over 28 years of accounting, finance and operational management experience. As the VP of Finance, Chris is responsible for the management of accounting, finance, procurement and human resources. Prior to joining 7 Signal, Chris held various executive management positions including CFO at Tradex International, Inc., CFO/VP Finance at Jenne, Inc. and VP Finance and Operations at Supply Side, Inc.

While at Jenne, Chris assisted in managing significant revenue, employee and operational growth in the technology solutions industry. Chris received his BS in Accounting from Case Western Reserve University and started his career as a CPA at Ernst & Young in Cleveland where he achieved the level of Senior Manager in their tax division.
